Strange VA logged error messsage

Seeing this error message in the VA main conversation window:

UNABLE TO EXTERNALLY INITIALIZED COMMAND. COMMAND NOT AVAILABLE.

Not sure if this is HCS or VA issue.  Have gotten this using latest stable release as well as current beta version of VA.  Using two HCS voicepacks and seen this when using either.

Any idea of the source?  Should this be of any concern?

What is happening is that you have started a hcs profile which starts the hcs plugins running. You've then switched to another profile which doesn't contain the commands but the plugin is still trying to run them so you are seeing it complain because it can't find them. Nothing to worry about, it's just complaining at you. If you stop va and restart with the non hcs profile selected then the plugin won't be run and it won't complain at you. This also happens when you switch to something like the hcs multi-crew profile as that uses eddi instead.
