set up instant text in comms

I want to try Piracy in Elite, so i want to have a few Pirate Texts ready to instantly send out, instead of typing it all out, which by the time i do the victim has disappeared.

I have tried using the quick input and a very simple.. Press Enter button, quick input message, then enter button again, but this works sometimes but other times whole breaks loose and i end up looking at the game menu, heat sinks go off, andlanding gear deployed....DoH1

Can someone help me please, otherwise my Pirate life will be V short

If you can copy and paste in Elite, I would just have VA copy to clipboard whatever you want to say, and have it paste the text.
