XML reader plugin

Until now i'm using VAtextreader for this function, but now this plugin stop work with last VA version.

VATextReader has been superseded by VAExtentions quite some time ago... the most recent version of the plugin supports also the latest VA
Syntax is very similar to VATextReader, you just need to change some variable names around; see the sample profiles included
