[Elite Dangerous] Material Reminder

A simple three-command profile to help those in Elite: Dangerous remember which materials they do and do not want.  The commands are:

• Say "Remember that I need x", where x is the name of a material (carbon, thermic alloys, whatever) for materials that you need
• Say "Remember that I do not need x" for materials that you do not need
• Say "Do I need x" for a reminder as to if you need a material or not

This requires at least VoiceAttack 1.6.1.2 (which is a beta).  It assumes that the EDDI plugin is installed for the speech, but if you don't have that you can change the plugin command to a simple 'say' and it'll work just fine.
