Open Application on Second Monitor?

I use two monitors with my PC. I use a voice command to open several applications at once. Currently, they all open on my main monitor. I'd like some of those programs to open on my second monitor. How do I do it?

Either the application you're launching, or Windows, control where a window will appear.

You'd need to move the window after it's created, using the "Perform a Window Function" action.
