Global TTS rate setting

Hi
Would it be possible to implement a global TTS rate setting that can override the individual rate setting of every single TTS item in the algorithms?
I have some pretty extense algorithms with a lot of TTS and sometimes would be nice to be able to controll the speech speed without having to go one by one.
