PTT on both yoke and joystick

Hi,
I have my joystick setup with a button to PTT but I'm trying to do the same with my yoke, presently I have it set to when I push it, VA hears what I say and does the command but to turn the mic off I have to (toggle) click it again but with the joystick all push it talk and let go to turn of mic. Can someone point me in the direction to have it working the same way as the joystick?

If your yoke is an analog axis control, you would have to do some rather advanced things in order for it to function as any form of trigger.  Is it an axis that you are trying to set up as a secondary PTT system?

How do you have it set up now such that when you push it, VA hears what you say?

Can you share a screenshot of the command with these actions?

...do you have both of them configured the same way?

What you're describing for your yoke would normally be the behavior of the "Toggle listening start / stop" option, whereas that of your joystick would be the behavior of the "VoiceAttack listens while buttons are down" option instead.
