Can I train Alternate Speech Engine?

Hi, I have installed an Alternate Speech Engine (the Microsoft Speech Platform Runtime), and it works much better then the default one. However, I would like to train it to work even better with my voice. Is it possible and if so, how do I know I am training the correct one?
