readability improvements

I would like the command sequence to highlight both the begin and end sections of conditionals and loops (when you click on either end of it) so it's easier to find them when you have nested conditions. The actual selection can be a different color if necessary. It would also be nice if conditions and loops could be minimized/hidden and then restored to make working on long sequences easier.

In addition to that, I would also like comments to be more visible by increasing the font size and or setting the font color.
