Star citizen is Alt-Tabing me at every command

Every time I issue a recognized command in Star citizen it minimize and looks like I hit Alt-Tab and the command doesn't work in game.

I've trained the speech engine, i'm running voice attack as an administrator, I have not figured out how to swap all command  key input methods from directX to Standard, but I think that the commands are supposed in directX, all of the commands i've checked have been directX.

I'm using the HCS Kate 2.4 full house voice pack.

Neither, why do I need one? and which one do you recommend?

Usually one of those will be stealing focus from the active window.  They are the most popular by far right now and 9/10 of the time it's one of these running in the background.

What you are describing is what happens when an application is gaining input focus.  You need to check your system and see if there is a third-party application that is running that could be grabbing focus.  Also, you can try setting the, 'send commands to' Star Citizen directly and see if that helps.
