How to use Voice Attack and TFlight HOTAS 4 simultaneously in Elite Dangerous

Please show me how this is done.

Im trying to setup Voice Attack + HCS Voice pack Verity to be used with a TFlight HOTAS 4 on Elite Dangerous Odyssey/Horizons (Live).  I want to fly ships with the HOTAS and simultaneously use voice commands.  I just need to see the correct settings...

I found a post of a fellow who seems to have found the answer Im looking for who mentioned:

       "This was really easy, all I did was create a custom binding in EDH options. This let me create keyboard and HOTAS
         bindings that work at the same time. I can program VA with the key strokes and fly my ship with HOTAS."

I need some expertise from anyone who has configured this before.

Those are most likely to have information on configuring that third-party addon.
