Copy and Type Out
« on: August 29, 2022, 07:50:48 PM »
I would like to copy and paste SKUs from an Excel file on QuickBooks Sales Orders, but if I do so it prompt me if I want to  create a new SKU. This is because the SKUs in QB have a Sub-Class.

E.g. I can't copy 45705 or 45594 from the excel document because its real name is as listed below.
Fresh:45705
Frozen: 45594

If I hand type the SKUs, it automatically selects the SKU as I type sufficient information to filter down.

Is there a way to have VA copy a cell, but type out single characters one at a time.

E.g. CTRL+C Excel cell value of 45705, then in QuickBooks VA types out 4 5 7 0 5. so that it selects Fresh:45705.

I appreciate everyone's help.

Have a look at the following in the documentation (your PDF viewer should have a search feature):
"Quick Input"
"{CLIP}"

Press F1 while VoiceAttack has focus to open VoiceAttackHelp.pdf in your default PDF viewer, which contains information on VoiceAttack's features.

These topics may also be of use, in addition to the official documentation:
