Error initializing sound - Windows 11

Hi, I have Voiceattack on Steam and I can't seem to get it to work anymore, I keep getting the message:

10:50:40.518 Error initializing sound - Stream failure : Unable to acquire output device for audio playback.
10:50:43.519 Audio stream did not play in a timely manner.
10:50:58.938 Sound initialization timeout: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VoiceAttack\Sounds\hcspack-verity\Profile sounds\Generic\Profile\((rs - welcome 2))\non-verbose\All systems ready to go.mp3

Can you please help? It was working fine, I used it for months, even after I installed Windows 11. Today it stopped working after an update (I think it was an HCS Pack update).
