VoiceAttack Doesn't Understand Me

I know this is the title of a YouTube (VoiceAttack Doesn't Understand Me) movie but it is not giving me a sollution.

I use the mic from my webcam and it works fine with Skype, Discord, Cortana, WoW, Zoom.
In VA I see the bar on the bottom moving so it should hear me.

In https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpb3TT9M7Hs I see there is an Icon of a Mic in the right top corner. My VA is showing nothing.

I am looking for several hours to find a sollution for this problem but I can not seem to find it.

Does anyone have a sollution for me. :)

Yes I did and no that was not the solution. Installed it again and still no mic icon.

Have you tried verifying that the speech engine is using your mic as its input device?

If that does not solve the problem, it could be that the mic on your webcam is not sensitive enough for the speech engine.  You'll want to try a different microphone in that case.

I finaly have it working. So for everyone that has the same problem.

Click on the wrench.
Click on System/Advanced tab
Check the "Use Built-In SAPI Speech Engines (Recommended)" box.

That was for me the solution.

That would certainly be the solution if you installed a Speech Platform 11 speech engine and switched over to it (especially if that speech engine is not in your native language if ever that's the case).
