hotas operation solved

Thx for everyone's help. This was really easy, all I did was create a custom binding in EDH options. This let me create keyboard and hotas bindings that work at the same time. I can program VA with the key strokes and fly my ship with hotas.

Im trying to setup Voice Attack + HCS Voice pack Verity to be used with a TFlight HOTAS 4 on Elite Dangerous Odyssey/Horizons (Live).  I want to fly ships with the HOTAS and simultaneously use voice commands.  I just need to see the correct settings.
