How do I mass update effects?

Is there a way to apply an effect to all text-to-speech commands in a profile? Like when you change the tts voice, you can just check the mass update box.

There is not, at this time. However, you could put in a feature request to have it included in the current "Mass update" option, or perhaps to be able to set an effect to be applied to any TTS within a profile by default.
