Adding additional Windows speech recognition languages in Windows 10 - Training?

I wonder how I could train an second language in Windows 10 speech recognition once I installed it.

Let's say by default I'm using English language and I added German as a second language. If I'm trying to train German on my English profile, Windows won't let me train the new language. Is there a workaround ?

good question, the same is for me... I like playing DCS (English version and commands) but my OS is Italian....

If you change the "Windows display language" to that of the speech recognition engine you're trying to train, does the training switch to that language?
