PTT Mapped to my steering wheel ?
« on: March 28, 2019, 05:27:05 PM »
I am trying to use a mic that doesn't have a mute button. Is there a way to have VA only listen when I hit a PTT button that i map to my steering wheel or button box somehow?

I use it for iRacing and with the Digital Race Engineer

Hi, Mike.

You'll want to look in the VoiceAttack help document and search for, 'Joystick Button Recognition'. You'll be able to assign a button from your wheel as a joystick. Note that you'll have to assign your wheel as a joystick in VoiceAttack first. For more information on assigning your joysticks, see, 'Joystick Options' for the Options screen.

Hope that helps!

I saw your answer on Steam's Discussion page. Thank you!
