Is it possible to make voice attack work with windows 10 dutch edition
not the pro )......and use dutch words instead of english ?

Speech recognition is still not available in your language (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17208/windows-10-use-speech-recognition, the note on the bottom)

So, you have to configure your language packs to English or one of the other supported languages, as described in the sticky post here
