Error "Waiting for you to log into Elite..."

I'm trying to import a HCS Voice Pack into VA for Elite Dangerous.  After going through all of the steps, I get "Waiting for you to log into Elite..." message.  I tried logging into the game but nothing happens.  Does anyone know what I can do to load this voice pack?

For HCS Voice Packs-specific issues, I'd recommend their forum, as they'll be in the best position to assist you, especially with plugin-related matters.

what does the VA window say when you start up?

Are you logging into the main game or training missions? Training missions do not work with our profiles.
