[v1.5.8.21] Add Else If to Conditional Block blank dropdowns

It doesn't happen in the regular "Begin a Conditional (If Statement) Block" dialog, but in the "Add Else If to Conditional Block" dialog, when switching from the default datatype to another tab(E.G. "Text" to "Integer"), the dropdown listboxes will be blank:



They still work when you click them, they just don't have a default value.
