Razor Kraken 7.1

Hi I seem to be having an issue with VA.  No matter what I try VA is not hearing my voice they is no speech bar.  I am  using the Razor Kraken 7.1 headphone and mic.

I have had the guys over at HCS Voice Packs trying to help me but they seem stumped as well.  Even tried the VM Beta.  Only thing we have not tried is uninstalling Razor synapse software which to be honest without it I wont have the 7.1.  I have purchased a couple of voicepacks today which not been able to use.  Rather sad :-(
