Game Screen Closes When Voice Command is Given

I'm playing Star Citizen and I recently updated to v 1.6.2. Now, whenever I give a voice command, the game closes out to the home screen on my computer. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Voice Attack really enhances the gameplay of Star Citizen tremendously.

Does the game exit when it does this, or does it minimize/lose focus?

Check the settings for the following:

• The "Send commands to :" dropdown on VoiceAttack's main window
• The "Send commands to" checkbox and dropdown in the profile options menu
• The "Send this command to" checkbox and dropdown in the "Edit a Command" window"
• The "Perform a Window Function" action with the "Set command to target this window" checkbox checked

Are any of those enabled/not set to "Active Window"?
