VoiceAttack Not Working Help Please

I use VoiceAttack but not working. İ set up microphone and train, then i did "voiceattack.exe" run as administrator. But still not working... I added commands and I try to run them on the desktop but it doesn't. Voiceattack hears my voice but doesn't execute my commands

Does the bar at the bottom of the main window move at all? Do you see any "Unrecognized" entries in the log?

Have you checked the things listed in the "VoiceAttack does not listen to what I am saying at all" section of this topic?

I've read the topic you posted, but I could not reach the result. The bar at the bottom of the main screen is moving, but things are just not working. Voiceattack hears me but does not respond to "not understood" or "wrong".

I am 99% physically disabled, my only chance to play Voiceattack... Please help me!

Have you added commands to your profile, Mrccm96?

If so, when you say what is in the, 'when I say' box, does the VoiceAttack log say, 'Unrecognized - (some word)' or 'Recognized - (some word)' and then doesn't do anything?

Yes I created a profile and added commands. Voiceattack does not respond at all.  So, when I say the command "Unrecognized - (some word)' or 'Recognized - (some word)" does not appear as warnings. Please check photos

Just to make sure: Checking the "'Disable Acoustic Echo Cancellation" option on the "Recognition" tab of the VoiceAttack options window did not make a difference?


Have you completed the speech recognition training successfully?

Does the Windows Speech Recognition application (search the start menu for "start speech recognition") hear you?

Yes I have successfully completed the speech recognition training. Yes Windows Speech Recognition application hears me.
No "Disable Acoustic Echo Cancellation" off options in Voiceattack options. Please checks photos.

The "Disable Acoustic Echo Cancellation" option is not profile-specific, therefore it can be found among the general VoiceAttack options.

Click on VoiceAttack's main window, choose the "Recognition" tab on the window that opens, check the checkbox next to the "Disable Acoustic Echo Cancellation (could help with recognition)" option, click "OK" to save.
If it has no effect, make sure to try restarting VoiceAttack.

I bought Voiceattack 10 days ago, but I still can't use it. Please help me...

So, if you say, 'Right', VoiceAttack says, 'Unrecognized, '(some word)' ?

If so, what is the word that it thinks it hears?

Are you using a speech engine in your language?

Something I should bring up is if you bought this through Steam, you'll want to request a refund before time runs out.  Then, get the trial version of VA and work with it until you can get things going.  After that, get VA again - this way, you won't be out anything.

va says nothing when I say "right." I use Windows in English (USA). I had a trial version before, but it didn't work either.
Can you connect to my computer with TeamViewer and see what the problem is? please I want to use this program very much.

If VoiceAttack's bar is moving, the speech engine is receiving input.  If the speech engine is receiving input, you should be seeing either, 'Recognized' or 'Unrecognized' in the log on the main screen.  What you're saying is that you see neither of those?  If this is the case, you probably need to reinstall VA, as something is way broken in your setup.

Yes, VA hears my voice, but doesn't write 'Recognized' or 'Unrecognized' it. I've erased and installed VA three times, but it's still the same. Do you have any other solution suggestions?

Very, very strange.  If the bar is moving, and there is no response from speech events, you've ended up in a very atypical situation.  It's very possible that the speech engine is out of sorts- it's not raising the events needed for VA to do its thing.  You'll want to take a look at this thread (ignore the title): https://forum.voiceattack.com/smf/index.php?topic=64.0

If that does not resolve the issue, you'll want to take a look at alternate speech engines: http://voiceattack.com/alternate
Some have found pretty good success with the alternate speech engines - they don't offer 100% of the features of the built-in engines, but they may have everything you need (and they don't require training).
