Recorder Suppressing Input Commands
« on: November 09, 2016, 11:44:02 AM »
Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to use the Recorder to record keyboard or xbox controller inputs while playing a game, I know when you hit record it suppresses all inputs directly to Voice Attack, but what I am trying to do is record a gameplay macro so I need to be able to play the game when i hit record and then stop the input recording when i have finished what I am doing. I know this is possible with Pulover's Macro creator but that program is way to complex for me to figure out.

Not yet.

I do recall putting in a feature request to implement this functionality, so it may be on the ever-growing to-do list.

I threw a version out in the, 'unofficial' bin if you guys want to try it out:

http://www.voiceattack.com/unofficial

Let me know if that does what you want it to do and if it does, it will stay in there.

That's exactly what I needed for keyboard inputs, this'll come in quite handy!

xbox controller inputs
Note that the recorder currently records keyboard keypresses only, so your controller buttons will not register.
