UI Change - expose "Other >" commands to save time/effort

Instead of "Other >" dropbox in the left column just have:

Key Press
Mouse >
Pause >
VA Action >
Sounds >
Windows >
Dictation >
Advanced >
Recorder

There is a lot of unused vertical space in the column. If concerned it would make the interface more complex looking for new users, have a checkbox in the VoiceAttack "Options" wrench.
