Not commissioned for duty

Hi, I have previously used Voice Attack Aviator Captain Elise successfully on a Windows 10 PC. I have just moved to a new Windows 11 machine and have installed the software. However while certain actions appear to work I get no vocal feedback from the software. I think I have tracked this down to the Elise aspects of the profile not being loaded somehow. If I say 'Hello Captain Elise' I get the text 'Not set has not been commissioned for duty' in the main window.
Please can anyone suggest what I am missing?

Indeed their forum contained the solution which was to say 'change voice pack to co-pilot Elise'. I didn't think to look there so many thanks.
