my va isn't working

my va isn't working. it listens to my speech, but it acts like i am not saying anything. please help!!  :'(

Is the bar at the bottom of the main window moving? If so, is it red?

Are there "Unrecognized" entries in the log on the main window? Are there any log entries at all?

Have you completed the speech recognition training, at least three times?

the bar on the bottom is moving, but it is not red.
there are no log entries.
i have completed it 5 times.
