Can I run the Steam version of VoiceAttack without using the Steam client?

Yes - you can run VoiceAttack without the Steam client.  Here's how:

First, you will need the Steam client to install VoiceAttack (no getting around that lol). 

Next, you'll need to launch VoiceAttack from the Steam client at least once, as this will pair VoiceAttack with your computer. 

From then on, you can simply launch VoiceAttack from its installed location instead of from the Steam client.  By default, this location is usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VoiceAttack".  Your installation folder may vary (you would need to check Steam's settings to find out where Steam installs your applications).
