Can't Assign Crew in Voice Attack

I am using VA in Star Citizen. Currently I have Alix as every crew member. But when I ask to "organize a crew" VA goes into an endless loop showing the following messages:

Crew Name: Orion Number1:Alix RosterRole: AwayMissions

Crew Name keeps changing but it seems for some reason I can't get Alix out of these roles. Not sure what I might be doing wrong.
