winget upgrade installing extra instances of voiceattack

If VoiceAttack is installed through Steam, winget will install extra instances of voiceattack regardless of version when doing an upgrade --all

I have not submitted a manifest to Microsoft for VoiceAttack to be accessible through winget (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/package-manager/package/repository).  This is on a 'todo' list, but has not yet been done.  If VA is available through winget, it was not done in an official capacity.  I would hold off from using winget to install VA for the time being.
