Reinstalling windows, what do i need to do so I keep Voice Attack?

Hi,
I'm not the sharpest when it comes to do with anything IT related, but assume that in order that I can keep voice attach I need to back up "Voice Attack stuff" on the computer...I've not really done anything in terms of profiles so wondered if it might be a case of simply downloading Voice Attack again and just using the registration key that I still have.  Will that work?
Any advice need to be given in simplest form possible so as to minimise my tendency to screw things up.

If you have no need to transfer any profiles you may have created or imported, nor settings, speech recognition data, or third-party plugins and components, you can download the installer and register VoiceAttack on your new installation using your license data, yes.
