Limits of playing with only voice controls.

Hello folks.  Sorry if this has already been discussed in another post but I’m not well educated on using forums and stuff.  Anyways I have a close friend who is a quadriplegic and I am trying to find something that can allow him to play world of Warcraft again.  Any input from users with similar disabilities and/or experience with using strictly voice controls or close to it as possible would be greatly appreciated.  He also has a quad controller that uses tubes you blow into for various inputs that could be used in conjunction with voice attack perhaps?
