Does anyone else have recent issues with small added delay in-between inputs/actions without pauses in a command? Does this have anything to do with resolution timer/high precision event timer? I've been using the same hardware, so it's not hardware-related. Someone mentioned that Win 10 update might've caused it, just wonder if anyone has already went through the trouble of fixing it already.
