"Radio" TTS effect

Just a little selfish request.

Would it be possible to add a Radio-type effect (like a voice coming over a cheap AM radio) to the TTS effects?

I've got a set up using 10 different Ivona Voices (used randomly per differing instances/situations) in ED for NPCs and Station broadcasts and it would be cool to have an effect that sounds more like something coming over a radio transmission than a nice, clear voice, like it's someone sitting next to you.

Have you tried the currently available effects?

The "Auto Wah" effect in particular seems to have potential. You can also add the "Distortion" effect to that (be careful changing its options, as it can get fairly loud)

Yeah, using that currently.  It's "OK", but can't really get a good "static-y" effect.

I'll keep hammering at it.
