VA stops listening after a couple of mins

Windows 10, running DCS with VA and an HP Reverb G2 headset.

Commands are recognised and work correctly in DCS. After a couple of mins of play, commands no longer work. When I check the VA app, the headset picture on the right hand side is crossed out and VA tell me it is no longer listening. I can’t work out why this is happening. Anyone know?

Are you using the third-party VAICOM PRO plugin? If so, that is most likely what's disabling listening (this issue has been reported by several users of that plugin).

You'll want to contact the author of the plugin about this; Their support page lists a thread on the Eagle Dynamics forums, and an email address.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I disabled Viacom and as you said, the problem went away. I will check that plug-in and if I can’t find a solution, contact the makers. Cheers
