Command to on/off dark mode

Hi,
I'd like to be able to turn on/odd dark mode using a voice command.

The "-darkon" and "-darkoff" command line option now (v1.8.5.6 or later) affect the running instance, so you can use the "Run an Application" action to apply either option from a command.
