Please help... How Fix VoiceAttack speech recognition disabled ?

I have speech recognition installed on windows 10.
Microphone working.
Voice Attack runs smoothly, but the message "VoiceAttack speech recognition disabled" appears and I am unable to use the program.
Can someone help me solve this please?

If you go to the Options screen and over to the Recognition tab, is, 'Disable Speech Recognition' checked?  If so, uncheck the box and restart VA.
