OK and Cancel button of the "Add a Command Window" are missing

After I open the "Add a Command" window there is no "OK" or "CANCEL" button in right edge/bottom  of the window. It's not possible to save a command or close the window.

Any hints - thank you  :)

Hi, Glen

There's a bug in the last full release that causes that the first time that window is opened.  Simply resize the window and it should pop back to normal.  The latest betas correct that issue, and the next full release should be soon (was hoping this weekend if my cold decides to subside).
