[v1.8.3.15] "{STATE_TTSCOUNT}" only functions with "Single TTS Instance"

"{STATE_TTSCOUNT}" does not appear to return anything but "0" if the "Single TTS Instance" option is not enabled. This occurs with the default Microsoft David voice as well as Ivona voices.


EDIT: Fixed in v1.8.3.16

Yikes - all my tests were done with effects enabled.  Having effects affects the effect o_O

Edit - this has been fixed.
