Direct Streaming Platform Integration

Would it be possible to make direct API access to Twitch and Mixer? (I know some people on both platforms who'd love the software)

You could even make it one of those paid addon things and I'd buy it!

But having direct access to be able to perform actions on your stream like creating a clip, marker, changing to slow mode, etc, would be really sweet.
