When an "Ignore an Unrecognized Word or Phrase" action is present in a command, the "{CMD}" token will not return the spoken phrase, but instead act like "{CMDWHENISAY}" and return the contents of the "When I say" field.

Applies at least as far back as v1.7.3

EDIT: Still applies to v1.8.3.10

EDIT #2: Fixed in v1.8.3.21

I think this got fixed recently -  If I have a command  'one;two;three' and I say, 'one', I get 'one' for {CMD} and 'one;two;three' for {CMDWHENISAY}.

Indeed. This was fixed along with the changes to "{CMDSEGMENT:}" when used with the "Ignore an Unrecognized Word or Phrase" action.
