What is typical voiceattack practice ?

Hi all, loving the program so far and working through the learning and functions.

So what is typical for commands that simple open a program, then have commands for each window function such as minimize,maximize,show,hide etc.

Is it typical to create a command for each or do you put these inside of the main command and have it pending voice commands somehow ?

I have been creating a command for each window function which makes a whole lot of commands for maybe only a few programs.

Or do you create a profile for each application and then switch profiles somehow ? I should get familiar with the best practice in my beginning stages of learning how to use voiceattack.
