Closing VA while running Elite Dangerous causes BSOD - Service Exception Error

1. Running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
2. Start VA - Steam version
3. Start Elite Dangerous
4. Close VA
Blue Screen of Death - Service Exception Error

Best guess from the way the sound gets choppy just before crashing it is tied into accessing the sound subsystem.

Is this a known issue?

Are you running any plugins or third-party profiles? HCS? EDDI?

If so, try disabling plugin support in the "General" tab of VoiceAttack's Options window, then run this sequence again.
