[v1.7.3] "Ignore an Unrecognized Word or Phrase" cannot be disabled

This issue occurs in v1.7.3

Disabling the "Ignore an Unrecognized Word or Phrase" action does not allow the log entry to appear.


EDIT: Fixed in v1.7.3.1

Got it - it was looking for the presence of the action, not whether or not it was disabled.
