Screen size, Lenovo
« on: November 05, 2018, 05:13:19 AM »
I have two laptops with a maximum screen resolution of 1366x768. Both are Lenovos, who held significant market share for many years.   The result of this limitation was VA was largely unusable to me.  The primary screen, Add A Command, is so large vertically that the control buttons on the bottom (the all important "ok") were invisible to me.

Of course, I only discovered this after I had purchased the program.

I found a utility that allows me to hide the task bar, using a simple hot key sequence of ctl-esc.  In my case, hiding the taskbar provides just enough extra real estate to reveal the critical ok button.

The program is free, and can be found at https://www.thewindowsclub.com/hide-taskbar-windows-7-hotkey.  Despite its url, the program works fine on Windows 10.  I have no connection to this program or its developers, so no warranties, expressed or implied.

Hope it helps.
