Are there any new entries in your fault file or is that unchanged? Another place to look would be in your Windows event log - there could be a clue in there. Again, this is atypical behavior, and it's going to come down to some type of anomaly on your individual system. It would be good if several people had the same issue, as a pattern can usually be determined (which would make the issue easier to reproduce). Any additional information you can gather from here out would be beneficial.
