This Profile could be useful to quiet the room to use the mic.

I use a Desktop Mic.

I play video and audio through my computer, so it can be pretty loud in my room. Not good for Voice Recognition. So, I made this command to lower the song to 1, so the speakers don't pop, when you hit your Mic key to give a command, and when you let go of the key, it returns the audio back to where it was.

It's also nice when your using Skype. So, you don't have to wait for a quiet moment, you can create your own.

This has helped me out a lot.

I have the command set to key F22, make sure you change the command to the key you'll be using. You have to change it in the command as well.
