looking for PC control profile

I've looked and looked but every profile i find is to do with a game. I'm looking for a profile that can control my desk top with out having to put in the info (just having it figer it out on its own) also to have the same profile control my web browser. Any one know how to do this and able to set one up for people like me looking for a profile for the PC?
