Singularity update

Hi guys, got a strange prob after updating for singularity,  when I try to put in my licence key its not accepting last three characters !   only accepting 13 instead of 16....  any ideas ?

You're probably best off asking about this at the HCS Voice Packs support forum, especially for matters related to licensing.
